3.0 TICKET PURCHASE POLICY
TICKETS MONDIAL INC. hereby discloses that the purchase price of the tickets contains a service charge or profit which has been added to the face value of the tickets.
TICKETS MONDIAL INC.agrees to use its best efforts to procure and to deliver, prior to the date of the event, the tickets described.
Internet sales are not in real time; therefore, all tickets are subject to availability and change.
Ticket availability and prices quoted are subject to change without notice.
Ticket prices and availability are not guaranteed until orders are confirmed.
TICKETS MONDIAL INC. further reserves the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
We will contact you if the tickets you ordered are no longer available or if we are unable to fill the order as you requested.
We may offer you alternate seats if the original seats you requested are not available.
You will be notified by telephone, once your order is confirmed.
Note that online orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time(EST) on weekdays or at any time during weekends may not be processed until the next working day.
Also should TICKETS MONDIAL INC. fail to deliver to a BUYER the full quantity of tickets contracted for, TICKETS MONDIAL INC. sole obligation or liability shall be limited to the return to BUYER of any deposits and/or payments for undelivered tickets previously made by BUYER to TICKETS MONDIAL INC. .
Due to policies set forth by the organizers of the events for which tickets are sold on this web site, TICKETS MONDIAL INC. cannot issue exchanges or refunds after BUYER has placed an order, unless TICKETS MONDIAL INC. is unable to fill the order.
TICKETS MONDIAL INC. is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets once tickets are delivered or are in the BUYER'S physical possession. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage certain types of tickets.
